The farm’s owner, a small-business owner from Canada, is looking for a way to help her neighbors.
She’s using the internet to tell them what to do and how.
“This is my way of helping to change the attitude,” says Amy Hulsey.
The farmer in her backyard is using the online community to sell food to the aliens.
She says she’s also getting tips from strangers.
“There’s a lot of interest out there,” says Hulys husband, Mike.
He’s also a farmer himself.
He is also an alien himself.
Mike Hulay says he has been sending food to other farmers in his area and is getting some great results.
“I know that some of these people don’t have any idea that they have this right under their nose,” he says.
“They don’t know it exists.”
The farm owner says she doesn’t want to advertise her product or have the aliens compete with her.
She just wants to let people know that they can help.
“What I’ve learned is, people who come to me and say, ‘I want to help out and I want to make some money out of this,’ are in a better position to help,” she says.
Hulays husband says he would like to donate a little of his farm’s profits to the U.S. and other countries that need help.
He says the people who are helping the aliens have a great idea about what they want to do with the food.
“If you’re a farmer who is looking to help people, there’s a little bit of hope for them,” says Mike Huleys wife.
He also wants to encourage his friends to go to their local government office and start collecting food stamps to give to the residents.
“The most important thing is to get them the food,” he explains.
“It’s their way of getting food.
You can go and get a free meal.
You don’t need to pay for it.
You’re not paying for something that is not actually being eaten.”
The farmer says the aliens aren’t doing much to help themselves.
“We know that there’s no good that comes out of that,” she said.
“People are very, very happy with what they’re doing.”
The couple hopes that more people will come forward to help them.
“You know, there are so many people that don’t even know about it,” Mike Hula says.
He thinks the farmers will get a lot more support if they help out the aliens themselves.
